Exchange ActiveSync No Longer Working in Outlook FIX

As of the Outlook January 2024 update, Exchange ActiveSync may no longer function from Outlook to the Exchange account. This would be evident when emails, contacts and calendar events are not syncing from Outlook on the PC to the phone or to the Exchange account.
