Ingredients
Onion - 1 No
Small Onion - 35Nos
Red Chilli - 6 to 8Nos
Garlic - 15Nos
A handful of Curry leaves
Turmeric - Lemon size
Mustard seed - 1/4Tsp
Urad dal - 1 Tsp
Channa dal/ Bengal Gram - 3/4 Tsp
Ginger - a small piece
Jaggery Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
salt to Taste
