You want some cornbread? Homemade Cornbread thats quick, easy and delicious? Well this recipe is it and literally done from start to finish in no time!

INGREDIENTS AND SIDENOTES:

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
A spoonful of sour cream
1 egg

Bake at 400 degrees

SIDENOTES:
1. You can use yellow or white cornmeal for this recipe
2. Bake for 20 to 25 mins. Take out and lightly baste with butter and return to oven for an additional 5-10 mins until brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
3. Sour cream is optional but does make a difference in the outcome taste wise.
