5 "Healthy" Snacks to AVOID for WEIGHT LOSS | High Calorie Foods | Dieting Mistakes 101

Everyone says avocados, peanut butter, fruit, Larabars, and Lenny and Larrys protein cookie are healthy snacks that help you lose weight. In reality, these are all high calorie dense foods that dont make you feel satiated or full and can easily lead to over eating, stopping you from losing weight or even worse, making you gain weight even though you think you are doing everything right.
It is important to let you know what foods will actually help you lose weight VS what foods will prevent you from losing weight. All of these snacks are high in calories, low in protein, and should be weighed out on a kitchen scale to make sure you actually know how much you are eating so you are in a calorie deficit because at the end of the day it is about calories in, calories out.
