One after another, young women were being murdered in London — all of them prostitutes. The city buzzed with eerie rumors of Jack the Ripper’s return. Scotland Yard’s young officer Edward Blake began the investigation, aided by Dr. Thomas Bond, the man who had once created the psychological profile of the Ripper. Soon, Blake and Bond realized a terrifying criminal had risen in London.
