Received a call this morning about noises in the ceiling and then a loud thump. The customer then said she could hear it scratching in the wall at the floor level. I only had to cut two places to locate this guy. After the removal, I put a white sheet metal cover over the holes. she is having the bathroom renovated in a few weeks.
