Η μαρίνα του Αλίμου είναι η μεγαλύτερη μαρίνα των Βαλκανίων με 1,100 θέσεις ελλιμενισμού. Η εξαιρετική στρατηγική της θέση ως μέρος του αστικού ιστού της Αθήνας και η μεγάλη της χερσαία ζώνη αποτελούν εξαιρετικά συγκριτικά πλεονεκτήματα για την αξιοποίησή της. Η μαρίνα σήμερα λειτουργεί κυρίως ως μαρίνα εκκίνησης για μεγάλο αριθμό μικρών επαγγελματικών ιστιοπλοϊκών σκαφών αναψυχής (bare boats).
