'New ways to tax you': NSW government's funeral levy slammed

Sky News host Gary Hardgrave says the New South Wales government's levy on funerals and cremations is "very scary stuff".

“They’re saying, well let’s bring in extra levies as people are being cremated and buried," he said.

“This is the modern Labor Party, they just want to find new ways to tax you, if you think you’ve got your money safe in superfunds, think again.

“If you think you’ve got your money safe in the banks, think again."
