ETX125 Motor Drive Repair

The Meade ETX-series telescopes have great optics but the motor drivetrains could be better. This video shows what I had to do to get my newly-purchased (but pre-owned) ETX125-EC up and running. Both the Alt/Dec and the Azimuth motor drives had problems that prevented the scope from slewing properly. Hopefully the fixes shown in this video will last the lifetime of the scope.
