There are a total of 43,600,000 renters in America and of these 43,600,000 renters there are over 8,400,000 that are either not paying g or behind on their rent payments for JUNE.. This to me signals a large affordability problem or a signal that the market is shifting.

I believe we could see a large change in real estate values as well as mortgage rates, landlord tenant law and property ownership over the next six to twelve months. I believe there are large pivotal changes coming to the entire real estate industry and that this recession that is coming is one that will completely change the world.

This recession will be much different than that of 2008 and in my opinion much much worse. I believe we could be entering an economic depression, one in which that wipes out most landlords and property owners. Could we see more rent control? More laws against landlords? Could we see people take a strike against landlords? Could we see landlords go bankrupt in mass scale? Could we see an uprising towards affordable housing? Whatever it is we see, it will be on large scale and it will be very different than anything we have seen before.

I believe we will see a wave of foreclosures and mortgage delinquencies across the real estate sector in both residential rentals as well as multi family rentals.
