Kansas City Man Charged with 14 Armed Robberies: Faces Life Sentence
A Kansas City man has been indicted on multiple charges for allegedly robbing 14 convenience stores at gunpoint between July and September of 2024. Thirty-one-year-old Marquise L. North faces a 31-count indictment, including 14 counts of Hobbs Act robbery, one count of attempted Hobbs Act robbery, and 14 counts of brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime. He is also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
