Hannibal wants Will to ask him and for Will to say "Please"

This is from Hannibal season 3 episode 12: " The wrath of the lamb"

Hannibal seems pretty happy with himself by making Will have to come back and ask for his help. You can see the glee in his face when Will says "I need you Hannibal" and the way Hannibal waits for Will to say "please".
Despite this, Will does not seem to be embarrassed by it. Which is a little odd because its Will and Hannibal is enjoying the power he has over Will again. However, since Will isn't that just means Will has a plan.
