If you think plant‑based burgers still taste like sadness and freezer burn… it’s time for a re‑test. 🍔 Even my husband’s friends liked them — and that’s basically Michelin‑star validation.

Seeing that it’s National Veggie Burger Day and National Hamburger Day was last week, I feel obligated to say this: plant-based burgers have gotten good. Like… shockingly good. And before you ask, no, I’m not crowning a winner. I’m just saying there’s space for both.
