HR is here to stay - Budget Memorial Arena W60

Before HR got her PRI, I was ready to pass her off as mediocre & skippable after all the new releases and options have passed her, but she got a PRI very quickly (Guess Mihoyo doesn't want her to die), and has shown to be very powerful in both abyss and memorial once again.

Fun fact, LE BB HR was one of my favorite teams in Masters tier during HR's initial launch over a year ago, the team was used against Possessed Himeko. (If you're curious https://youtu.be/C2WUJLoM2LU?t=35 )

Additional note: The second team has been improved to 36928 with cleaner evades at the start (otherwise identical), it will be in the full playlist when everything is added.
