Welcome to your Gentle Somatic Pilates - Full Body Strength & Relaxation practice. Through gentle movements and mindful breathing, you'll strengthen your core, enhance your flexibility, and soften into relaxation.
Class Highlights:
1. Start on your back with gentle belly breathing
2. Pelvic circles – mobilizes hips and spine, activates deep core
3. Arch & flatten – releases low back tension, improves pelvic alignment
4. Slow toe taps – deep core activation, builds pelvic stability
5. Side-lying book opening – improves spinal rotation, opens chest
6. Seated side bend – stretches side body, improves flexibility
7. Half roll down – strengthens core, supports spinal control
8. Finish seated with breath and relaxation
Make sure you have plenty of space and are on comfortable ground. Remember to listen to your body and do what is right for you today.
