Normal Driving Position - Pull up Left Position - Solution for Left & Right Confusion!

Normal Driving Position - Pull up Left Position - Solution for Left & Right Confusion! A great video for reference on normal driving position and pull up on the left position, and also this video gives a great solution for all those who gets confused on their left and right.

Normal Driving Position Reference:

Many learners in the beginning they get the normal driving position wrong. They, mostly, drive too far from the kerb/pavement. They feel they’re too close to the kerb or they feel they’ll hit the kerb so they drive too much away from the kerb or pavement.

The main reason they feel they’re too close to kerb or feel they’ll hit kerb is because they’re looking too close. They’re looking just at the front of their vehicle and to near to the kerb and that’s the biggest mistake the learners make in the beginning of their learning to drive journey.

To get the position right, where you’re looking on the road makes all the difference. If you’re looking too near on the road you’ll feel you’re too close or near to hitting the kerb. Your looking shouldn’t be to close to your vehicle, or too close to the kerb. You should be looking far and follow the kerb, and also not far following the middle line. Following the middle line will also make you drive too far from the kerb. So looking far and following the kerb on the left is the answer to being in a good normal driving position.

Reference for pull up on the Left position:

Find a safe place to stop, then with the MSM routine slow the vehicle and start to move towards left to pull up. To get close to the kerb for a stopping position look at the kerb near to you and use the left-side mirror to see the distance from the kerb. If the distance is too far from the kerb then with little steering towards left keep moving and straight up and stop when the distance from the kerb is in parking position. When the vehicle is parked nicely near the kerb, my advice is to keep a reference on the dashboard where the kerb is so on next pull in the left this reference can be used to park easily.

Left and Right Confusion:

Many learners gets confused with the left and right. Mostly, whenever they’re instructed to go left or right they’re thinking the opposite and this something they can’t help it, it’s something they just do and think automatically.

Those learners with this little problem I advice them to write letter L for Left on the left hand and write the letter R for right on the right hand and every time they’re told to go left or righteous ht they should look at their hands to remind them the direction they’re about to go. This works all the time for the learners with this little confusion problem.
