A beginners introduction to Lake District Walking: School Knott

It is many years since I first set foot on the Lake District Fells. I have enjoyed every minute, but I do understand that fell walking is not everyones cup of tea. This video features a super little walk that is excellent for anyone who is uncertain about whether they would enjoy walking on the Lake District Fells. The walk is barely over 2 miles from Bowness to the top of the fell, and takes a gentle route up. The reward for those that make it is a glorious 360 degree panorama of the mountains of the Lake District.
