Make Canterbury Chef Nathan's deluxe double beef burger at home!

Hope you are hungry because this burger is a monster!

INGREDIENTS
2x 120gm beef patties
Lettuce
Milk bun
Sliced tomatoes
2x Jack cheese
2x Bacon rashers
1x Egg

METHOD
1. Add oil and a sprinkle of salt to your beef patties before cooking
2. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side depending on how well done you like your meat.
3. Flip the patties onto the other side and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
4. At the same time, cook the bacon rashers and egg, and toast the milk bun.
5. If you like melted cheese on your burger, add the jack cheese right at the end whilst the patties are still cooking. Once melted, take the beef patties off the fire and let it rest for several minutes.
6. Start stacking the milk bun with lettuce, tomatoes, patties, bacon and egg. Finish with your favourite sauce and top the burger stack with the other half of the milk bun.
7. Good luck with getting your mouth around the massive burger tower stack – happy eating!
