You have made some money in crypto. Congrats! But now you want to exit, and you are wondering where to invest.
Today we will be talking exactly about this topic- where to invest once you exit crypto?

More and more people are asking me this question. Lots of them made more money than they expected and are now making a plan for the future. They don't want to be sitting on cash and are looking for some investment options.

Here are some of my thoughts on this.

If you're thinking of exiting crypto you want to put it somewhere where the risk to reward is better.

Some of my friends and clients decided to put their money in real estate once they exited crypto. It makes sense because real estate is a very stable investment.

One of the things that I would recommend to people is to invest in an EU residency, for example, a Portugal Golden visa. This applies to people who are not EU citizens. Having access to the EU is such a big deal and it is worth investing in. This visa will allow you more access to the world and can potentially give you good citizenship in 5 years.
This is especially good if you're considering real estate investment anyway. You will park 350k into real estate in Portugal, and will get EU residency as a bonus!

Another option that I would consider would be Turkish citizenship by investment program which allows you to get their citizenship if you buy $250k worth of property. Sounds great if I'm thinking of buying real estate anyway!

If we're talking about real estate options, I'd consider Kuala Lumpur as well. I believe that this city is amazing value for money, and you can buy some amazing property for little.

What about investing in stocks? The stock market is at an all-time high, so I wouldn't necessarily put my money there at the moment.

I would think about some other interesting deals to put my money into. One good example is litigation finance, a deal that was recently brought to me. Another alternative investment might be film finance. I've already talked about this type of investment.

The last thing that I would say might be interesting is to pick some specific stocks that have lots of upside potential.
