Adriateh currently operates in more than 40 countries. In its new product improvement and development project, Adriateh has placed additional emphasis on the car wash user experience, developing a touchscreen interface for selecting a washing program with the help of Schneider Electric, emphasizing global competitiveness and an improved user experience.

In Adriateh car washes, the organization of traffic is done through visual signaling of box occupancy, and with the help of a timer, the remaining washing time of an individual vehicle is visually emphasized. Interestingly, Adriateh laundries also enable contactless payment via the Ready2Wash mobile application, as well as the sequence of monitoring the vehicle washing process via smart devices. By using IoT-connected devices, the process of digital transformation of car washes has certainly met the expectations of car wash owners, as well as the expectations of permanent or occasional car wash users.

According to the director of sales and marketing of Adriateh, Zoran Švraka, out of several available solutions on the market, Schneider Electric was chosen as the most appropriate.

We attended seminars and trainings where we acquired knowledge and skills that helped us in creating a software solution. Equipment and technical solutions are at the very top of the world, and a wide sales portfolio has enabled us to purchase almost all equipment from Schneider Electric, which has a well-established logistics system. One of the biggest advantages is the fact that the software packages for working on the equipment are free, which makes it easier and makes our service support more efficient and affordable. ”

During the development of self-service car wash machines at Adriateh, they were guided by the motto that the user should first of all be attracted by the attractive design, and during the use of the car wash meet all the criteria for quality car wash. At the same time, in order to create a community of satisfied customers, Adriateh sought to create the image of a car wash as a place of "fun" during car washing. Thus, car washes become a gathering place which, with new and adapted services, completes the user experience.

In addition to quality, Adriateh can also boast of its environmental awareness. Their solar power plant with a capacity of 150kW is sufficient for the needs of production activities, which means that the Adriateh car wash is produced with the help of solar energy. In addition, in cooperation with the Faculty of Chemistry in Zagreb, they are working intensively on the wastewater recycler in self-service car washes, which will, given the complexity of treatment of already treated softened and osmosis water, enable the use of at least 65% recycled water. Early next year, the system will be fully tested and ready for distribution.

One of the umbrella projects that directs the development of Adriateh are charging stations for electric vehicles, the development of which is already underway, and it is announced that in 2021 Adriateh will further expand the range of its products. In addition to offering state-of-the-art equipment, Adriateh also emphasizes the quality of cooperation with Schneider Electric.
