*Take deep breaths
*Watch your thoughts drift away
*Relax and feel your body
*Visualize an entrance to the Underworld
*Close your eyes and dive into it

Don't be afraid or try to hard. If you don't see then relax and remember your breathing. When the drumming stops, go back to where you came from.
