Command:
/test for @p[r=5]

—————————

Things you need:
• Command Block
• Redstone Comparator
• Redstone Torch
• Iron Door
• Glass
• Wood (Block a Choice)

You can use this however you like, but always remember to place the command block near your door. This will only work for players considering that we're using '@p' as our detection phase.

You can also use '@e' for both entities (mobs & players).
