CPTPP, RCEP and the Future of Asian Trade
WASHINGTON, January 10, 2018 — Asia Society Policy Institute (APSI) hosts a group of foreign officials and Asia trade experts for a panel discussion on the future of trade in Asia. Opening remarks were delivered by former U.S. trade representative Michael Froman. Panelists included former Japanese ambassador to the United States Kenichiro Sasae, Singaporean ambassador to the United States Ashok Mirpuri, Thai ambassador to the United States Virachai Plasai, and Peter Petri of Brandeis International Business School.
