Todays video we are toning our freshly bleaching hair. We are using Wella Colorcharm 9A/940 toner. This colour is a pale ash blonde perfect for yellow brassy blonde hair. 💓

Anything that has a purple/blue base always works great for yellow/orange blonde hair. We all hate the brassy blondes, so this toner definitely helped me. ❤️🔥
