Before emperors, before samurai, before written history, Japanese mythology tells of two divine beings who shaped the very land itself.

Izanagi and Izanami stood upon the Floating Bridge of Heaven and stirred the primordial sea with a jeweled spear. From the drops that fell from the blade, the first island of Japan was born.

This song tells the legendary creation story of the Japanese islands and the beginning of the mythological age.
