❇️Rob Terry won Mr. Natural Universe recently and he’s exactly where I was 22 years ago when I last won.

❇️And if he continues with the right mindset, with time he can easily be better than I am today.

🛑However, there's one BIG thing he needs to take into consideration, and this applies to all aspects of life.

He’s ahead of the game…

Yet, that’s when things get scary.😨

That’s when you’re at your most vulnerable.

❌Because there’s a grave mistake champions make time and time again.

They think because they have a 🏆, there’s nowhere to go.

You can't be better than #1, right?

So what do they do?

❌They get comfortable with where they are.

Do you know what happens to people who get too comfortable with where they are in life?

❌They steadily decline.

❌Then they say goodbye to longevity without even knowing it..

They might be champions for 5 years or 10 years, but then they lose it.

Right now I’m stronger, I’m bigger and quite frankly I’m better NOW than when I won Mr. Natural Universe 22 years ago.🏆

How is that?

I never ignored LONGEVITY.💪

Did I gain 20 pounds in 22 years since the last time I won Mr. Natural Universe? Sure did.

That’s less than a pound a year. If you want to gain 30 pounds in a year, then follow another site.

But, if you want to be stronger than most, bigger than most year after year, decade after decade...

❇️Then I recommend training with longevity which are the principles of Power Bodybuilding.

If there is some invisible force out there that forces us to peak, I have yet to see it for myself.

And if the current Mr. Natural Universe keeps his mind focused, stays in it for the long game, and uses my principles of Power Bodybuilding, he’ll have longevity.
