This conference was intended to be a 1st Regional Meeting of the International Dermoscopy Society with organizers from Poland, Germany, Latvia and Sweeden. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic it was converted to the 1st Online Meeting of the International Dermoscopy Society, which collected 6110 participants from all over the world and more duging the preminum access to recordings after the meeting.
I am extreemely happy that I (as congress president) and Grazyna Kaminska-Winciorek (as secretary general) could organize a "First" event on behalf of the International Dermoscopy Society. Thanks to the IDS for choosig us as organizers and spcial thanks to Iris Zalaudek and Aimilios Lallas for the support.

This was a 3-day meeting with two pararell Virtual Rooms. Virtual Room 1 with tumor dermoscopy and Virtual Room 2 with trichoscopy, onychoscopy and inflammoscopy.

I am happy that we had an extremely high quality meeting with all significant news in the field and a look into the future.
As enthusiast of trichoscopy, I am especially very happy that we had multiple trichoscopy sessions with best world speakers, who accepted my invitation and multiple raising stars, who became enthusiasts of trichoscopy
