can't believe it's been 10 years since i uploaded my first video. thank you all for the greatest blessing in the whole world. allowing me to create and live out all my craziest dreams. thanks for being on this journey with me. NOTHING on youtube is possible without you.

10 years ago today I posted my first video to YouTube. I was broke and bored in my first months living in Hollywood. Making videos now feels exactly like making videos back then ....it's my therapy, my creative release, the only way I know how to express myself and be heard. Meeting this man @shanedawson changed the YouTube game for me. We first met on set of one of his music videos I got casted for off a casting submission. He was the first one who told me about making YouTube a career , it inspired me and I took a leap of faith doing it full time. Years later , shane reached out to me again saying he watched my videos and we became close friends. He not only helped me and my channel grow but he has always giving me amazing guidance and advice. He was the one who made me realize trolling for negative attention wasn't necessary that people liked me for me. He also was the one who got others to see the real me and opened up a whole world for me. Today we filmed an hour long eating show (delicious cake from @sweetserenity_desserts ) and talked about everything from then to now. I love this guy more than anything. Now to YOU , the viewer , subscriber and friend. You guys are the only thing that has kept me going through life's hardships. Because of you all and your endless support , i im not alone in my feelings , desires , dreams , hardships and battles. You are all with me for better or for worse and I never had that in my life. I think to truly understand me , you have to live with me day in and day out and you all have been doing that with me so I feel like I have people who get me. Some may think it sad my closest friends are online but I couldn't be happier or more blessed about it. Because you and I don't hang out in person every day, we are able to understand and LISTEN beyond a superficial get together. I have built strong relationships with many of you and hope to continue to do so. I started this journey at 18 and now at 28 , I have become a stronger , independent , more confident woman than I could have ever hoped for. And it's because of YOU and YOUTube. It's OURtube and our 10 year anniversary. I did it! I got my 10 year lolololol. Here's to another 10 🍾🍾🍾
