So its no secret int he stock trading world that Kodak has been one of the bigger surprises as far as % gains go on big-name companies. Basically speaking Kodak has been given a grant/loan from the US gov to help convert into pharma. Sounds crazy but the Kodak stock story is not over, Kodak CEO and the chairman then went and bought options on kodak stock before the news came out instigating a lawsuit which then made the US freeze its loan for the time being.

An independent review of kodak stock on the insider trading issue cam back clean and that there was no foul play from kodak's CEO. But the case is on going.

Kodak stock price for sure has lot of upside potential but the real issue is with the lawsuit and loan freezing until that loan is given and lawsuit goes away kodak is clearly facing an uphill battle to stay in business and maybe even head to bankruptcy. Now my kodak stock prediction is that it will continue to be volatile until both situations are solved.

So my final conclusions on kodak stock analysis is a hold unless you use options then for me its interesting.
