Ruby Street Bridge, Joliet, IL, Portal Going Up and Starting Down

When I went across the bridge, I noticed that a tugboat was coming upstream towards this bridge. Unfortunately, traffic was backed up so it took me a while to turn onto Bluff Street so that I could park. I grabbed the camera and tripod and ran (well, trotted) to the bridge. I did not have time to set up the tripod. I let the top of the bridge go out of the frame because I noticed that you could see the tugboat between the span and the roadway. I then adjusted the framing. I didn't watch it go all the way down because I wanted to catch the tugboat going under the CN/EJ&E bridge further upstream.
