Creating jewellery: Movable ‘sliding knot’ technique with maritime cord ♡ DIY

With this technique, you can easily create trendy bracelets with maritime cord. The great thing about maritime cord is that it is easy to knot. With help of the sliding knot technique, you can give the bracelet a finishing touch. Besides, the bracelet is also easily adjustable in size because of this specific knot. We have used a maritime cord of 80 cm to create this bracelet. We start by threading the letter beads on the maritime cord. Make sure that the beads are centred and take the other side of the maritime cord to tie your first knot. Keep a distance of 12 cm between the first knot and the place of the second knot. Know you can make a second knot with the same technique and voila your bracelet is ready!
