Ingredients

• 300g of spaghetti
• Fresh herbs
• Several cloves of garlic
• 1kg of fresh tomatoes
• Cayenne pepper
• Pecorino

Directions

Start by preparing the pasta (we recommend gluten-free) in the Zepter Spaghetti Rack, it will only take 5 minutes on high heat, with no added oil or salt. While you are waiting for the spaghetti to be done, take some fresh herbs of your choice, and fine dice them with a few minced garlic cloves on the side. In the meantime, the spaghetti will most likely be ready, so you can leave them aside while you take your time to chop 1kg of fresh tomatoes into small pieces.
