In this video we break down everything that happened with Express Entry draws this month.

The month opened on May 11 with a PNP draw issuing 380 invitations at a CRS cutoff of 798. A second PNP round followed on May 25 with 334 invitations at a cutoff of 805, the highest PNP score of 2026 so far.

Then the big news came. After a 29-day gap that was the longest CEC pause of 2026, IRCC issued 3,000 CEC invitations on May 27 at a CRS of 518.

The very next day, May 28, a French language draw sent out 4,500 invitations at a CRS of 409.
