Repairs start on the Laxey Wheel

Repairs get underway on the Great Laxey Wheel, which has not been turning since September 2020, due to various structural issues. As scaffolding starts to be put in place MNH architect John-Paul Walker talked to Paul Moulton about the work ahead.
