Macro photography in an old slate quarry...

I venture off to an old slate quarry right on the edge of Bodmin Moor for some macro photography.
You could very easily walk right past the entrance to the quarry without ever realising it was there. There's a very narrow entrance way between two massive overhanging cliffs and once inside it's like being in the land that time forgot!
Beautiful ferns and lush green moss clinging to the dark, slate walls of the quarry create a wonderful atmosphere.
