If you want an update on the hotel situation, I pinned a comment. The lack of accountability and response on behalf of Radisson Red LHR (still to this date) has been shocking. After going back and forth with Chase and booking.com for about 10 days since leaving the 14th, I finally got a partial refund from booking, but no response from hotel, and booking is also not able to reach the hotel. I’ve been updating on twitter and pinned a comment on that video. Opened a case with corporate Radisson. Be careful and be aware, could've been a lot worse & wouldn't want anything to happen to any of you. There are lots of news stories right now about s*xual as*aults and tra*ficking happening in big well-known hotel chains. xx
