HOW TO make a puzzle - Easel CNC Project

In this video I show you how to make a puzzle. I use a silhouette of the object shape and the puzzle generator to create the piece slices and then use the Shape Exploder tool and the Combine function to join the shapes in a way that makes more sense. These puzzles are very similar to scroll saw puzzles.

Using the original copy and an offset you can make the outlined backer board similar to the dolphin example if you prefer that method.
