Horrible Mac Experience

(Heads up i have also spoken to MAC customer services)

So im not one to moan about shops, especially makeup counters but i had a pretty poor experience in MAC a couple of weeks ago! bearing in mind all the other counters i went to were very welcoming, i'm all for waiting my turn but 25 min to buy one product i feel was a joke!! especially when the staff were ignorant and more interested in talking to each other, i worked in retail for 4 years in a very busy environment and i wouldn't dream of acting the way i was treated! very poor from MAC!

im interested to know if anyone else has similar experiences at MAC!
