Today was supposed to be the day that the UK and EU announced their Brexit deal to the EU Summit in Brussels. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem likely with both sides seemingly unable to agree on some pretty major principles - one of those being state aid. So in this video, we explain what state aid is, how it currently works and how it ended up damaging Brexit negotiations so fundamentally.
