Testing out one of the classic law enforcement loads, the .38 Special+P 158 gr lead hollow point, VS a basic .40 S&W jacketed hollow point. This ammunition is Remington HTP and I do a ballistic gel test with a rib simulation, as well as no rib simulation, as well as double tapping at 15 yards.
