changes from last time:
found i was missing a chunk from my T3 gasket so replace that.

Had some issue with my Turbosmart Hypergate fixed and an re-seated the diaphragm. I think it was not seated correctly all this time as boost control had been touchy.

The result is about 250rpm more boost response and more power everywhere.
