This flavorful Aloo Paneer Curry is a perfect blend of soft paneer, golden fried potatoes, and a rich tomato-ginger-garlic base. With simple ingredients and minimal effort, this dish is ideal for everyday meals. Serve it hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice!

Ingredients:
• Diced potatoes
• Paneer cubes
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Onion cubes
• Turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder.
• Salt and oil

Cooking Steps:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add diced potatoes. Shallow fry until golden and partially cooked. Remove and set aside. Also fry paneer cubes until golden on both the sides.
2. In the same pan, add garlic-ginger paste. and cook until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add onion cubes and sauté until slightly soft.
4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
5. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and salt.
6. Add the fried potatoes and cook for a few minutes to blend flavors.
7. Add paneer cubes and a little water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until everything is cooked through.
