Keep the Cold Out and Heat in! DIY Shop Doors

I'm insulating my barn style doors for my garage. I built these doors with easy to find materials. I even add a deadbolt lock and custom latch.

It's been three years since I built the garage and I've been putting off this door project that whole time. Now I'm going to finish it up. I need to add insulation, lock, and something to block the drafts.

I'm using 1.5 inch thick XPS, or extruded polystyrene foam board. This is a good insulation for this application. I'm using the Owenes Corning brand (pink) but other brands work too. This product is called Fomular.
