Today’s lesson is all about variety. There are so many ways to express yourself in English, which is part of what makes our language so rich. In this lesson, I want to show you how you can say one thing in ten different ways. Have you ever heard someone say “I done that”? Can you tell what is incorrect with this sentence? That’s right. The past participle is incorrect! It should be “I did that” or “I did it”. I want to address this simple phrase and give you ten different ways of expressing “I did it” that will add variety and colour to your speech.
