Layering Technique: 3.5 pumps EltaMD apply and let set for 10 minutes or more. Then mix 1 pump EltaMD with a scant 1/4 to 1/2 pump IT CC cream to adjust the shade. Apply and let set for 10 minutes before proceeding with the rest of your makeup. It also serves as a nice primer for foundation!
