No Show Subpoena in Small Claims Court

The only court where attorneys are not allowed - California's Small claims courts. This week we spent the morning in Turlock hearing the small claims calendar before a Commissioner (not a judge). Learned more that morning about how the courts are supposed to operate than we did covering family and criminal courts where there are far too many attonreys and judges clogging up the legal system.
