🇵🇭 I always see this man with a kitten wandering the streets and today I decided to give him an opportunity to either go back home to his province Surigao to see his family. Hoping that the encouragement and financial help that was given to him will have a better outcome for him and his beloved cat, at the end of the day, only him can decide which path to take. 🙏
