Marvel Comics and the MCU in a Feedback Loop of FAILURE?

Marvel Comics are being influenced by the MCU movies. But the MCU seems to be mimicking the DISASTEROUS 2015-2017 era of Marvel Comics when nearly every main Marvel hero was replaced by someone more "diverse" just because they could. Is this a feedback loop of FAILURE? Will MCU Phase 4 be dragged down by the same problems that plagued Marvel Comics circa 2017? And will Marvel Comics be relegated to just being merch to support the Disney Marvel Studios movie making machine?
