In this video I have outlined several non-surgical extraction techniques:

1. Using an Endodontic File: Employing an endodontic file to navigate and dislodge the broken root from its position within the socket.

2. Using a Root Tip Pick: Utilizing a root tip pick to carefully grasp and remove the broken root fragment. Make sure not to apply a lot of force as this instrument is thin and can break.

3. Breaking Interradicular Bone: Breaking interradicular bone using cryer to gain access to the root fragment, facilitating its removal.

4. Creating a Purchase Point: When the root is just below the alveolar bone level, using a straight handpiece to remove part of the root or alveolar bone, creating a point of leverage for extraction.
