Making Evil Snowmen from Random Craft Supplies | Mixed Media Sculpture

In this video, I show my process for creating evil snowman sculptures. With some cheap Christmas ornaments and a LOT of hot glue, I made the basic shape for the snowmen. Then I used air dry clay to fill out the face and body of each figure. Pebbles were used for the coal eyes and buttons. Carrot noses and teeth were made from translucent sculpey. To achieve a melting effect I applied foaming Gorilla Glue with water to the snowmen. All purpose caulk from the dollar store was used to clean up voids where bubbles in the cured foam glue popped. The evil snowman sculptures were painted with craft paints. I hope this video demonstrates that you don't need expensive or special materials to make art.
